Thank you, thank you! Words cannot express how grateful we are to Andrea Rudkowski from Closer Real Estate! As first-time investors, we were a little afraid of the risks involved. We both work full time and watching home improvement shows both helped and scared us; but Andrea came to the rescue bringing us to reality. Knowing that she is an investor herself was a big deal for us. We wanted somebody who doesnt just know the aEURoetheoryaEUR? of the matter but that has gone through this process and we are so happy we hired her. From going to auctions together, to online auction sites (she knows them all!) we were able to buy an amazing multifamily that wasnt even on Zillow! She helped us figure out everything about the renovations. She used to be a designer which is amazing because now we have a GORGEOUS home that we are sad to have to rent because we now love it, but happy about how easy it was to get tenants for it. Thank you so much for making our dream a reality and cant wait for the next one. I still cant believe we are landlords, and we could not have done it without you! If you dont hire her, you are missing out! By the way, I love your slogan because you did get us Closer to our dreams, now on to the next property!

Andrea is a true professional. I had read previous reviews about how nice she is, and they were spot on. She truly is the nicest and kindest person you will ever meet. From the beginning she sat with us to explain the entire buying process. Before we met her, we would meet with different agents at each property we wanted to see, but were not able to find anything we truly liked. Then we figured we would call a local agent (we were looking in Putnam Valley and she lives there) and finding her was the best thing to happen to us during our search! She asked us to meet at her office, which was a bit awkward for us, but now I understand why. She had an entire folder ready for us with information on the property we asked her to show us, as well as the house buying process. She first explained the process from beginning to end, and then she drove us around the neighborhood. She showed us where the school is, her favorite deli, even the nail salon! It really helped us get a feel for the neighborhood. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything in terms we would understand. Can't wait for our next outing to see the homes you have suggested and find our dream home. We have learned so much just meeting with you that one time, we feel we really need you to know how much we appreciate how much you care. Thank you for being our "real estate teacher"!!!
