CLIMB Properties Real Estate LLC

Had absolutely no local knowledge, just wanted us to buy any house. Every house we went in she encouraged us to buy. She had no negotiation skills, just said to bid a random amount under asking without any thought. And finally, she manage to screw up closing so badly that she kept my wife off of the house deed.

I have sold my house with Sandi and a family member purchased a house with her assistance both very good experiences. My home 12 Maple Avenue, Boonsboro, MD I had a renter whom decided to purchase the home and family member 99 Greenwood Drive, Hagerstown, MD was purchased 6 years ago.

Sandi Jo helped us buy a home and then quickly sell our other home. She was very professional & knowledgeable. Sandi was always available at our convenience and we would highly recommend her for all your real estate needs!! Sincerely, The Hoffmans

Very professional and I was very satisfied with her. I was selling the home from an estate and I had never sold a home before. She took me through the process step by step. The home sold in three days. I would recommend her to everyone I knew.

Sandi was highly recommended to us, and she went above and beyond what we needed. She gave us much helpful and accurate advice all along the way. She was very responsive, something that was very important to us. We could not have asked for more. Thank you Sandi.
