Clearwater Montana Properties

Ed and Grace were wonderful to work with, Ed provided local recommendations for builders and other services for necessary for building our dream home. Ed and Grace were timely and helpful during the real estate transaction. I would recommend Clearwater Montana Properties for any real estate needs.

Dallas was always available when we called. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was very pleasant to speak and discuss with during the whole buying process. Dallas is very prompt when needed and for appoinments.

Ed took on the sale of a lot above Georgetown Lake that I anticipated would be difficult to sell and brought in an offer for more than I expected and did so in only a week ... the service was exceptionally professional in all steps of the sale process, from pre-listing, where he persuaded me to sell it for a higher price to closing, which we were able to do remotely, which was a real service because of the COVID. I highly recommend him.

Ed and Grace are detail oriented, very responsive to inquiries and questions, and gave very good advice. The know the area and it's market. We are very pleased with their service. If we look to move or acquire any further property in their area they will be our first choice.

We have closed on and owned several homes and this was by far the easiest and most efficient process we have experienced. Ed and Grace were very professional and had great knowledge of the area. They listed it and sold it in a matter of days for more than the asking price!!! They were great to work with. Doug and Nancy
