Worst experience of my life. I found her to be inexperienced, immature, arrogant and defensive. Instead of direct responses to my questions I received "copied and pasted text messages" of a third partie's comments. Numerous questions left unanswered and/or responded to in a resentful or defensive manner. I felt I had to continually ask the same questions over and over only to receive an impartial answer. It seemed to me that this agent was working for the seller instead of putting my best interest in the forefront. As an example: the garage was in such poor repair that I asked her to press the owner about repairing the door. She didn't seem to comprehend why a 68 yr. old single woman would need to access the garage. She was very reluctant to do so. When I insisted, the seller agreed and offered a $2k settlement. She cost me money.....the chimney appeared to be crumbling. I insisted on an estimate which I finally received after several requests. My concern was that the tuckpointing would take a huge bite out of my budget. Now, the company who gave the quote claims she never sent a photo of the chimney and he quoted a small amount based on a picture unrelated to the chimney. Too many times to count I received unsupported information which could possibly have been direct misrepresentation. For instance, there was evidence of rodent droppings. I have a seriously compromised immune system. I asked that the house be treated and the area cleaned. She showed me pictures of what she said was cleaned. The pest company placed several mouse strips around the house but admits he was never directed to clean the various areas. Again, is this a lack of attention to detail or a clear misrepresentation to close the deal? At one point, my son stepped into the conversation because she kept going in circles to avoid responding to my concerns. He is a well educated and well traveled 49 yr. old who owns several businesses in China and CA. I asked him to observe my interaction with her. He too felt she seemed evasive, defensive and arrogant and wasn't representing me well. I'm now left with a 100 year old home that no one in this town wants to work on. After closing I realized she received a very small portion of the commission. Perhaps that was the catalyst for her lack of performance. I could go on but I'm sure there's a word limit. I gave one star only because it was requested for posting.

I don't have enough great things to say about Hayley! My finance and I are 1st time home buyers and was very new to the process. We had lots of questions and Hayley answered every single one. During our offer/ selling process Hayley gave birth to her baby boy and still made us feel like a priority. Hayley is very hard working and made sure we knew the process for everything and that we were prepared. I am so thankful we had Hayley as a realtor and if you are looking to buy a house, please call her. You won't be disappointed! Thank you again Hayley for everything!

A wonderful experienced realtor to work with! We were having a hard time finding a house in todays crazy housing market. Hayley stepped in and showed us a few houses and kept us in mind everyday. Within a couple weeks we found the house we wanted and closed quickly with all of my questions answered. I would recommend her to anyone.
