A stranger a year ago and a trusted real estate partner from now on. Over the years I have bought and sold single families, multi families, condos and land. In so doing I've experienced the gamut of pushy, terse, inattentive, lackluster or otherwise unprofessional real estate agents. David has helped us with purchasing a 2 story home in Amsterdam, NY. He was professional and had a very friendly demeanor. Helped us understand the step by step procedure of what to do in terms of necessary paperwork needed to purchase the home. He provided a copy of the inspection report of the property and pointed us to the right direction in terms of the deed, title, homeowners insurance, and taxes with regards to the property.
