City2shore Real Estate

Craig has sold two properties for me in the last twelve months and helped me purchase a third. He is very proactive and makes sure all the bases are covered. He worked with two mortgage companies and two title companies to get a property line discrepancy resolved to make sure we closed on time. Craig provides true customer-focused service!

Craig did an outstanding job in selling our home. He was extremely professional and proficient in everything that he did. He went above and beyond our expectations and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Craig was incredibly helpful to me and my big family throughout the house search and purchasing process. He advised us carefully on the quality and pluses and minuses of different homes we looked at and helped us ask the right questions about each home. He walked me through the purchase process, gave me closing cost estimates, and helped with negotiations for the agreement. He set a reasonable closing date at the end of the month in the contract, which helped minimize costs. He answered my texts and phone calls efficiently and thoroughly. He conveyed my questions to the sellers and got answers right away. He also helped me find a title company and a home inspector. Craig stuck with us through closing and beyond, answering questions and helping set us up with utilities, pool education and such. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

My fiance and I were first time home buyers. Craig walked us through what to expect right from the beginning. He answered our phone calls, texts and emails quickly. He was professional and before we knew it, we got a good price on a great home. Highly recommend!

Craig is extremely knowledgable and helpful. He will be very honest and is always looking out for your best interest. My wife and I were very impressed and will be using Craig in the future for buying and selling.
