Three is a charm and thats Donna Dorsey, a charm! Prior to contacting Donna I worked with two other Real Estate persons. They were nice enough and showed the homes I requested, thats the easy part, especially when I'm finding the homes I want to see. All thanks to technology. So what did I need a realator for? To answer questions I couldnt get answers for, from technology. And to negotiate and close the deal. Lets face it, you can use a number of realtor apps and find a home you want to see yourself. You dont need Donna for that. But once you find a home and you need questions answered yesterday and a negotiator who can close the deal and or point out something to you in a contract without even looking at it thats Donna Dorsey and trust me , thats what you need her for, thats what you want her for. A true professional, worth her weight in gold. Donna is a pillar in the community she conducts her business in and thats is so important. Donna Dorsey was the only realtor who paid attention to me when I mentioned that my house was not just a "2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home." It was custom designed and built with the thought of hurricane protection. It is sturdy, and it's on high ground with never having a need for evacuation. The attached barn was its biggest appeal for me--the original owner wanted to care for her horses without having to go out into a hurricane to feed and water them.
