My husband and I got very lucky when we started working with Kevin. We had been working with a previous realtor for over a year before we decided to work with Kevin. We got no where with home purchasing, however, the day we decided to work with Kevin, he was open to answering any and all questions for us. He right away started scheduling house showings for us & was always available for questions and concerns. Never hesitated to go above and beyond to make the possibility of us owning a house a reality. In less than a month, he did what our other realtor didnt do in over a year. He worked 24/7 to get us an offer accepted plus closed escrow. We worked with him last week of June and this first week of August we closed escrow on our first home. For that, we are extremely thankful to Kevin and his team. We are truly amazed at what he does. If youre hesitating, dont. Its a crazy market right now, but Kevin gets things done!

Ray an Olivia were great! Our work schedules were hectic, but they were able to work with us, even at later hours at night. They were very responsive and always available to answer questions. The home already had multiple offers and Ray advised me to come with an offer that was able to secure the home for us. The sale of the home came with a voucher for appliances and they put me in touch with the company and the appliances were installed the next day! The water heater was not working when we moved in and Ray directed me to the warranty that came with the sale, before I paid out of pocket. After we moved in , Ray and Olivia checked in and made sure everything was going well and even delivered our Escrow refund check. I would definitely recommend them for any of your future real estate needs.
