ZillowVERIFIED Ray and his team are AWESOME! He initially assisted me with the purchase of my condo in beautiful Ocean Blvd in Long Beach. 2 years later when my parents needed to move to a one story, he negotiated an incredible deal on a house next to my moms brother. We sold our home in record time and we were able to move into the one story the same day. The proximity to family has helped my parents thrive. I am a veteran and both homes were purchased with VA loans. Thank you Ray!!

ZillowVERIFIED Being a first time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for such a smooth and pleasant experience. Ray and Stephanie make a great team together. They will find anything you are looking for, as well as giving their own insight on the situation. I stumbled across them at an open house and they were so eager to help, Especially Stephanie. She was a great help in finding a great start up home for myself. She worked around my crazy schedule and always kept me informed. Ray was also a huge help when Stephanie went out town, he took over with all the help until she returned. All in all, a great experience for a first time home buyer and will look to them in the future for any of my real estate needs. Solid team.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Mr. Miramontes as both a buying and selling agent. I worked with Ray for the sell of my home of 15 years and purchase a new one at the start of this year. I was a very apprehensive client as this was my first sell and everything moved very quickly. My house sold in one week for more than my asking price! Ray was very patient. He provided detailed explanation, was available to me at all hours, and very helpful in negotiating the purchase of my new home, which was an exceptionally difficult buy. I was able to trust his knowledge and appreciated his professionalism. I LOVE my new home...it is so worth all of the stress and effort it took to own it!

ZillowVERIFIED Ray an Olivia were great! Our work schedules were hectic, but they were able to work with us, even at later hours at night. They were very responsive and always available to answer questions. The home already had multiple offers and Ray advised me to come with an offer that was able to secure the home for us. The sale of the home came with a voucher for appliances and they put me in touch with the company and the appliances were installed the next day! The water heater was not working when we moved in and Ray directed me to the warranty that came with the sale, before I paid out of pocket. After we moved in , Ray and Olivia checked in and made sure everything was going well and even delivered our Escrow refund check. I would definitely recommend them for any of your future real estate needs.
