Circa Properties, Inc

For our first time, Tamara made it easy and was transparent with all the information we asked for. We knew nothing and we told her that and she did everything she said she would plus, she made us feel welcome. Tamara explained each step by step and she connected us to the right people and she found us the perfect home. We love our condo and we will work with her again and we will recommend her to our friends and family. Thank you T!

Tamara and her team were amazing! I really appreciated her expertise and keeping me updated along the way. We had so many offers on the home, but she was great at explaining the pros/cons, so I could make the best decision for my family. I will always be grateful for Tamara and the high level of service she provided to me.

I cannot recommend Tamara highly enough! As a buyer, having someone who genuinely understands the nuances of the current market is crucial, and Tamara was an absolute expert. Beyond her market knowledge, her communication was outstanding. She checked up on us constantly throughout the entire process, making sure we always knew where we stood and that we felt supported every step of the way. When we found 'the one,' her negotiation skills were incredible. She advocated for us and managed to secure a deal that we are thrilled with. If you want a realtor who is knowledgeable, communicative, and results-driven, look no further. Thank you Tamara!!

Tamara did an outstanding job selling our condo! She was exactly what we were looking for and delivered everything she promised. She was always available, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She guided us every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. We truly appreciate all of her hard work and dedication. We highly recommend Tamara to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Tamara was recommended to me by a friend. Based on what he said about her, that she works hard and is one of the top agents at her officeaEUR|. I decided to meet and ended up signing a contract with her. She was instrumental in helping me get the property ready, through her connections and resources. In addition, she was always a phone call, text or email away. If she didnt have an answer she would get me one, while always keeping me informed. We ended up being a formidable team and as a result, we got the asking price I knew we could get. Thanks Tamara for all your help, I can now call you a friend and a recommendation!
