Cincy Home Team Partners- EXP Realty

Phillip was patient, knowledgeable, and honest. I had him all over the place trying to find a home within buget and a strict time frame. From day one he treated me like I was his family. Class act! Thanks Phil

We first met Melissa in the Spring of 2010 when looking for a condo. Melissa was the listing agent for a condo we visited, and we were instantly impressed with her! We were also getting ready to put our own house on the market and already had another agent in mind, but changed our minds after we met Melissa. We met Phil soon after that and immediately felt like we had known them both for years. They went on to assist us in buying a condo and selling our house. They always made us feel like we were their only clients, and went to great lengths to ensure our house was ready for sale and received maximum exposure. We later hired them again when building our current house, and to sell a lot that we own. We have even referred them to our friends and family, who hired them, and were equally impressed. We quickly began to consider Melissa and Phil as our friends, and 6 years later, that hasn't changed!

Phil and Melissa helped me sell my existing home and then buy a home. Timing was an issue, and they did not disappoint. Their knowledge and thoroughness resulted in selling my home for more than I expected and buying my new home for less than I expected. After speaking to friends and listening to their experiences, Phil and Melissa go over and above what is typical. Without their guidance, I would have not achieved satisfactory transactions. Moreover, they were worth every penny in the commissions. They absolutely earned it.

Phil understood my family needs and he was able to get me a home that offered just that! Me and family are happy to start a new beginning in our new home. I would recommend Phil to anyone that wants their dreams to come true!
