Christie's Intl Real Estate Sereno

Yes hi to whom it concern, from the start till the finish Edwin Ramirez was always there for any concerns or questions you my have. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he got right on it. Nothing more or nothing less is what the client was looking for. It took 3 months for me to get a home but I was very very picky. He didnt at any moment gave up. His knowledge and communication was a big plus. Every house we saw he was looking at things that I didnt saw. Like for example the roof, driveway access, potential of the home has. And also how was the neighbor of the home. Once I decide for the home his experience told him what would be the next steps. As a offer the written up contingency ext.. He kept me will inform of the steps to follow and how was the process going. In no time I had my offer accepted and the fun begins. It was a great journey from start to finish.

Working with Edwin Ramirez was an incredible experience. He made countless trips from the Bay Area to Gonzales, CA and always went above and beyond for us. Because of his guidance, we were able to sell our home and make our dream of owning a ranch a reality. Thank you, Edwin!
