Richard was fantastic!!! Before we got our home listed, he reviewed our home and talked about next steps, things we should do to prepare etc. After patiently waiting for us to be ready to list it, he was helpful, knowledgeable and informative. He helped us navigate the showing of the home with ease and as little as inconvenience as possible. All this while being critical to getting us the best selling price for our home. Keep in mind behind the scenes he was also helping my wife and I find our own spaces to live as we were separating. He helped me find a place in the same school district as my kids which was critical to me during this time of transition. Jackie and her team provide the finest full service brokerage experience you can imagine. I was an absentee seller for the most part and Jackie handled everything from market analysis, home repairs both emergency and renovation, staging, listing/open houses, photography, showings, negotiations, and ultimately closing. It was an older home and took awhile to accomplish, but her and her team stuck with it and her best efforts got the deal done.
