The entire process was first discussed in detail, carefully thought through, and eventually implemented, as I hoped and expected. We worked well together and analyzed the pros and cons of the right pricing level in today's market. She also helped with the process of closing open permits as well as coordinating the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. Diane finally recommended a couple of her contacts that were helpful in clearing the contents of the house via an Estate Sale and then a hauling service to complete the clearing of the house and garage.
