Christie Realty Group/Forbes Global Properties

I am a first time buyer and Janssen was so professional, very informative and patient during my home search. He helped extensively with the purchasing process. I look forward to working with him in the future!

Janssen was professional and experienced. He made the whole buying process so much easier. We searched for a property for over a year. We encountered multiple realtors. Janssen was the best.

Janssen and team did an outstanding job selling my home. They walked me through the process, explained everything and answered all my questions. Preparing for the listing pictures was easy and the pictures were excellent. The listing went live on a Wednesday and they had an open house that following weekend. There was good foot traffic during the two days and a solid offer by Sunday evening. The sale went exactly to plan and thanks to the team's attention to detail as well as excellent communication there were no issues and the sale closed on time. Can't say enough good things about Janssen and the team.

Working with Janssen to sell my condo was an exceptional experience from start to finish. His kindness, professionalism, market knowledge, and steady guidance made the entire process feel effortless. He anticipated every detail, communicated clearly, and always made me feel supported and informed. I needed help getting the condo ready, and Janssen had trusted resources for just about everything. His network, combined with his calm, capable approach, made what could have been a stressful process remarkably easy. If youre looking for a realtor who combines skill with heart, Janssen is the one. My condo sold quickly and for a great price, and I credit that entirely to his expertise and dedication. I couldnt be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Janssen to anyone seeking a realtor who truly goes above and beyond.

As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I was nervous, overwhelmed, and had no clear idea how to start. But then I met Sarah, my real estate agent, and she completely transformed the experience. She was incredibly patient, always communicative, and kept me informed at every step. Not once in the process did I ever feel any pressure. I always appreciated her input regarding (nearby train tracks, freeways, damages, etc.) She also gave me fantastic advice, especially during negotiations, and helped me understand the entire process. I couldnt have asked for a better guide, and I learned so much thanks to her outstanding work. My family and I plan to use Sarah again for any future home purchases.
