We have now used Parkside Realty for multiple transactions. Just over 3 years ago they helped us purchase our very first home, which happened to be a HUD home that was in need of several repairs and replacement of flooring and appliances. Since we have backgrounds in marketing, we were looking for an agency that knew how to reach our target audience and could present our condo in the most favorable light on the internet. Jen Roman, our agent, answered many of our questions but when our questions became more nit-picky, Steve, Chords President, called us to explain their approach to digital marketing. The Chord Teams lead designer, Van, totally wowed us! He transformed our empty condo into a warm, inviting and exciting home. The photographer captured the warmth and charm of the space and the new owner wanted to buy the furniture used for staging!
