Choice Real Estate

Kim helped me to buy a rental in Sterling. She was also the listing agent for the property, and the transaction went very smooth. It's great to have an agent who knows the rental market.

Always there for us. In a very stessful time of our lives, she took the edge off. Always ready to answer our questions. Can't give her enough credit. Would definitely use her again and refer her to our friends.

Kim is Awesome!! She helped us buy and sell a home. Everything went through in record time and she stayed on top of everything to ensure we could close both properties at the same time. She was never pushy and always available to answer questions no matter what time of day, along with setting up showings around our crazy schedule. She is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We were SO happy to get connected with Kim Fuller via Zillow! We found a listing online late one night; she set up a tour for us the next day; she helped us put in an offer immediately after touring the home; and our offer was accepted the next day! As first-time home buyers in a very competitive market, we were so appreciative of Kim's guidance, quick and thoughtful answers to our questions, and knowledge about the entire process. Kim is obviously passionate about her work, and she's a genuinely delightful person (icing on the cake!). We 100% recommend Kim and Choice Real Estate!
