Choice Property Brokers Ltd.

Dave, Jung and Anne were the most attentive and thoughtful people I have ever worked with in selling a home. Dave has lived in the Bailey area for years and is extremely knowledgeable about the properties and the true market values. They did an excellent job in marketing the property and being supportive of my needs. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

David and Jung are outstanding, and have been our real estate agents for 5 real years transactions. I have known David for over 20 years and is the only person I trust to ensure we obtain the best mountain property possible. David and Jung go the extra mile time and time again, not to mention they are kind, honest and professional. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for us!

3 Days after my home went on the market, I had four offers!! I asked Dave, how he manages to sell so many homes when other agents seem to take much longer. He told me that he makes himself available to answer questions and calls, including at night. He is very professional! Excellent at handling people! Superior photography, taken of my home! Realtor Qualifications: CRS ABR GRI RENE All of this convinced me that he was the best realtor to sell my home!

We had an outstanding experience working with Dave and Jung while buying and selling our home. From start to finish, they worked incredibly hard to make the entire process smooth and successful. Their communication was excellent throughout every step. They were always quick to respond, kept us informed, and made sure we understood all of our options along the way. It really felt like they were in our corner the whole time. What truly stood out was their deep knowledge of the area and the real estate market. Their guidance helped us price and sell our home effectively. If youre looking for realtors who are hardworking, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their clients, we highly recommend Dave and Jung. Were so grateful we had them on our side!
