Chipola Realty

Gina is amazing! During our recent visit from Minnesota, Gina took my wife, our two teenagers, and me all over the Florida Panhandle to tour houses. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, super responsive (we honestly have no idea when she sleeps!), and an absolute joy to work with. If you are looking for a dedicated and hard-working realtor, we highly recommend her. 10/10!

One of the best realtors we have ever had. We bought this house from out of state and she could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Gina is amazing. We found a house on Zillow that was in high demand. She got us an appointment SAME DAY! We were under contract within 24 hours and closed within 30 days. She made this process so stress FREE for us. She responds quickly, is very knowledgeable and a great negotiator. Even got a washer and dryer thrown in for us.

Gina was an absolute pleasure to work with she went out of her way to make our out of state move to Florida as stress free as possible and went above an beyond to help us find our Happy home! She was very patient with all of our questions and put us at complete ease for our first home purchase. From the very first phone call we connected and not only are we using her to purchase our new home but we are going thru her to purchase our investment property! We not only gained an amazing realtor with enthusiasm and charisma but we also gained a wonderful new friend! Gina was very quick to respond to our (my) million questions and even drove around the neighborhoods we were looking in to see if it would work for the plan we had in place!! She is an amazing realtor and an amazing person and we were so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her!!!

Gina is a very personable and easy to work with. She has been with us every step of the way. She is very responsive, and I would use her every time I need an agent. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you, Gina,!
