Chinowth and Cohen

We couldnt have asked for a better realtor! Melissa made the entire home-buying process feel so much easier and less scary. She was incredibly responsive, always there when we had questions, and somehow always found an answer no matter what we needed help with. We truly felt supported every step of the way and never felt like we were bothering her with our questions. Her patience, knowledge, and dedication made such a huge difference for our family. We are so grateful for everything Melissa did to help us get into our new home and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Melissa was priceless in our process of buying and selling homes. She was a huge asset to help us navigate and seek out homes within our price point, her expertise in contracts was on point. As a newly licensed agent myself I will look to her for mentoring upon my new journey.
