Jazz was an absolute pleasure to work with! She made me feel comfortable and at ease during the most stressful times of this process. Her knowledge about the job is amazing! She made me aware of things that I didn't know.

Jazz Matej is not just any agent, she is thee BEST! She is knowledgeable, resourceful and proactive. But her best attribute is CARING. She was always available for any questions or for just a quick laugh. When working with her you dont feel like youre a client, you are truly family and she wants the best for you. It was because of her persistence we were successful in purchasing our first investment property at an unbelievable price. To share that moment with her was gratifying to say the least. Well definitely be using her in the future for all of our real estate needs as we begin this new endeavor.

We have listed our vacant lot and bought our first homemwith Jazz. She was extremely knowledgeable about both processes, and very quick and responsive to any questions we had. Jazz was great to work with and patient, showing us dozens of houses until we found the right one. We highly recommend her.

I am never disappointed with the service and expertise Jazz Mateja brings to the table. She negotiates like none other, listens and most important shes honest. We have purchased 2 homes and sold 3 with her as our realtor and she has never disappointed. She is an experienced realtor that will definitely get the job done!

Jazz was highly recommended to me by a friend. I was a first-time home buyer and wasnt sure what to expect. Jazzs knowledge of the market, her suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for, and her responsiveness made the process so much easier. She was honest with her opinions about the houses we viewed which I appreciated so much.Above all, Jazz was so patient and had the best sense of humor! I must have changed my mind a half dozen times about the areas I wanted to live in. I highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Jazz!
