Cheryl was a real professional. When a hurdle would come up, she would figure out a way to get over it. Because of her vast experience, local knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond, she managed to get us a reasonable offer on our property. Cheryl would be the first and only one I would call for property in the area. Cheryl helped us and the buyer with answers to all questions and knew people in the area to use for services as needed. I give Cheryl a 5 star rating on the entire process.

Jeff did an awesome Job helping me buy my first house back in June this year. I was moving from across the state and he helped do everything from the front range without having to make trips back and forth.

Shannon helped us purchase a home in 2007. She was delightful to work with and set the bar my expectations for realtors in the future. Since then, Shannon has continued to be an outstanding resource for us.

We hired Cheryl and Co. to manage a rental property we own in Rifle. They failed to perform routine maintenance as instructed, did not respond when the tenant reported water flooding the basement, and then blamed the thousands of dollars of damage on the tenant, the handyman, and then me. Communication following the incident was horrible with no responses from Cheryl's company. I cannot speak to Cheryl's competence as an agent for buying and selling homes but the lack of professionalism and integrity that I experienced using her company for property management were absolutely unacceptable.

Jeff is a respectable and personable individual. He took his time to discuss with us the value of the house and property, his suggestions for what still needed to be done to add value and make it marketable in the best way. He discussed the details of the whole house selling process, including dates, disclosures, contract and other paperwork and was always willing to answer, frankly, any questions that we had. He showed great patience with us because it took us longer to finish some of the upgrading projects than we had anticipated. Since we were away most of the time in the latter weeks, he wound up shoveling snow off of our sidewalks when the house was to be shown. He seems to work at his job 24/7. I recommend him and his services highly.
