I have put off writing this review for the sole purpose of trying to come up with the words to accurately describe the services we received from Chelsea. In all honesty, I do not feel that anything that I say will do justice to the incredible service she provided. Our house had been on the market for over 6 months with another realtor when friends referred us to Chelsea. What we wouldnt give to be able to go back in time and list our house with her immediately. We had lived in the Savannah area for three years and were required to relocate due to our careers. This meant that our house was empty for the entire duration of it being on the market. Unfortunately for Chelsea, our previous realtor had left our home in rather neglected condition. Luckily for us, she brought in a cleaning team, a staging team, and a professional photographer, all at no cost to us. After six months on the market without a single offer, Chelsea was able to secure us an offer within our asking range, all before it even officially hit the market with her! Her knowledge, integrity, and professionalism are truly above and beyond what is expected. She was available at our convenience and responded immediately to any and all concerns that we had. What was a nightmare experience with our previous realtor had become fun, comfortable, and enjoyable. I cannot stress enough how wonderful it was to work with her in getting our house sold. It is easy to see why she is consistently rated the #1 realtor in Savannah! Dont waste your time or money with other agents!
