Robin was fantastic to work with and made the remote sale of my dad's home in Reno so much easier. She was truly my "boots on the ground," always responsive, communicative, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain the market, provided honest advice, coordinated a great team for repairs, and always had my best interests in mind. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless. I highly recommend Robin to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and caring real estate agent. Thank you, Robin, for going above and beyond!

Tammie Cox is the consummate professional! Relocating from out of state, Tammie prepared several homes and areas in the Reno, NV region for us to examine, making our exploratory visits effective and efficient. Once we selected an area with new homes being built she remained fully engaged, updating us regularly on progress. Upon taking temporary residence in Reno, before the house was complete, Tammie met with us and the builder several times, arranged a very competent inspector before we took possession, positively engaged in the two walk throughs noting several issues needing attention before we moved in. She oversaw the escrow process assuring that the allocations were proper and she welcomed us warmly into our new home. We recommend Tannie Cox, broker/agent, for any real estate transaction in the northern Nevada area. She's a real pro!

For most of us, buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial decisions of our lives. That makes choosing the right real estate professional especially important. Kevin Kinney earned our trust throughout the entire process. Trust at the closing table does not suddenly appear on closing day; it is built through every conversation, recommendation, and decision leading up to it. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, responsive, and calm. His knowledge of the local market helped us establish the right asking price, and our home sold for the full asking price. Kevin also anticipated potential issues before they became problems and guided us through each step with sound, practical advice. We always felt that he was protecting our interests and giving us his honest judgment rather than simply telling us what we wanted to hear. When the financial stakes are this high, competence, integrity, and trust matter enormously. Kevin demonstrated all three, and we would recommend him without hesitation.

Kevin is the best. He has helped me buy and sell multiple homes for different stages of my life. He and his network have also helped me to complete home renovation projects on time and on budget. Whether you have a simple transaction or you are like me and need something more complex, Kevin is simply the best. I would know as I am his most complicated client.
