Justin actually represented the buyers in the recent sales of our home. When our movers didn't show, and our buyers would not rent back (despite the fact that they were not moving in for weeks)- Justin found a place to store our belongings and help us move! He has gone above and beyond during this whole transaction within circumstances that became very difficult. He was professional, proactive and always with the highest standard of integrity and finding solutions during the transaction. From touring the house and Facetiming clients, to coming up with ways to meet the needs of his clients in the wanted repairs, to helping us when we were presented with a very stressful situation with our move across country. My husband and I started looking for our home in early summer of 2020 and just closed on our home last week (Nov. 2020). Justin Balok and the Chase Reality team were the best decision we made in the process. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive which was very helpful considering how crazy the market was this past summer. We were so happy with our experience and so thankful to have the backing and support of this incredible team. One thing to note that we discovered the hard way is that in real estate you can only get seller credit (for repairs, etc) up to your closing costs. ie You can not get a check cut back to you. So it is important to keep track of credits and closing costs when negotiating repairs. But other than that, we had a wonderful experience. And we highly recommend Justin and his team to anyone looking for a great realtor in the Reno area.
