I contacted Rebecca about a home and we seem to have a good conversation. The next step was for her to follow up with more information for me, and I never heard back. I called and wrote her several times, but she dropped the conversation with me for no reason. Its frustrating because I wasnt able to speak with someone else about the home that I wanted, she gate-kept the home for sale and cut me out of my ability to buy it. Extremely unprofessional.

I moved to the Catskills from Long Island and was nervous about using an agent I did not previously know and trust. It was not long before I realized Kevin was absolutely the right choice. Once we finally found our home and had an accepted offer, Kevin managed every step of the process for us and guided us in ways other agents have not. He took a very stressful and scary process and made it enjoyable and exciting. We ran into a few issues with our bank, and with the sellers after the insoection and Kevin seamlessly worked with their agent and attorneys to get us answers and keep the process moving. I hope I never have to sell or buy another house again but If I do, I'm calling Kevin!!!
