Charles Rutenberg Realty

We started to look for our first house on August 2121. When we started the process we didn?t have idea of the things we had to do, but Dena made everything easy for us. She is very professional, responsible and is always available to answer your questions. Her negotiation skills are excelente, she really knows how to help you save money. If you are trying to buy a house, Dena is the best agent to call. She will be guiding you in everything you will need. I really recommend her, she is the best.

This is my 2nd time work with Dena, she helped me bought a condo in year 2017 and sold a condo this year. Dena is a honest, reliable and professional person. I would recommend her to anyone.

She was amazing, my husband and I was in process to buy a house , we had Dena with us helping us to find the home we really want , she was always available for us no matter the time, it was a blessing to have her with us.

Dena is very professional and very helpful. She understood the type of house we were looking for and within 2 weeks we found our dream home . All thanks to Dena . Always answers the phone when we call her or we text her . We highly recommend Dena. She is the BEST.

As a first time buyer I was super hesitant about getting into real estate. Dena was the most patient person I ever worked with in my life! She helped me understand the process from start to finish and helped me make the right decisions. I would recommend Dena for any of your real estate needs.
