Charles Rutenberg Realty, Fort Lauderdale

Susan was so helpful keeping me on track with what I needed to prepare, what was the next step and with all the updates. I always knew where I was on the buy of my new house. Her calm demeanor kept me in check and focused. If you are a buyer or seller, you must give Susan a call. She's the best!

Very responsive and professional. Handled all details quickly and accurately. Wouldnt hesitate to use her services in the future. Her knowledge of the market was exceptional.

Very happy to have had susan Prahl as my agent!Couldn't be happier! She was very helpful in making our transition go very smoothly through out the whole process!

Susan is a great agent and was able to find a home that has suited our needs. She was always available and provided us with many options. When it is time to sell my current home and find a new home, I will be going with Susan!

Susan was great! She was on top of everything and always let me know when something needed to be done. This was my third home purchase over the years. It was by far the easiest and best experience I have had!
