We had a wonderful experience working with Christina at Dalton Wade Real Estate. Christina is knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire buying and selling process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated her honesty, professionalism, and dedication throughout the process. We would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!

Working with Christina was the best experience I could have asked for buying my first home. I had so many questions, and she was always patient, knowledgeable, and quick to help. She made the entire process feel so much less overwhelming! I always felt like she genuinely cared and had my best interest at heart. Christina is professional, responsive, and amazing at what she does. I'm so grateful she helped me find my first home and I would recommend her to literally anyone looking for a realtor!

Christina made the sale of our house a pleasant experience. She has excellent communication skills and she always kept us informed. She guided us through the entire process with a positive, professional attitude. She is very knowledgeable and we would recommend her without hesitation.

"Brett is simply EXCELLENT. He helped to find us our Dream condo on Sand Key 2 years ago and he did not disappoint when we were looking for an investment / rental property also in Madeira beach, on the witch we just closed a couple of months ago. We kept in touch during those two years and he was diligently presenting to us interesting properties one after another.. He's very detailed orientated and truly excellent with timely communication. I could not recommend him enough and we will definitely use him again in the future when we are looking for another property."
