Charles Rutenberg Realty

It has been a long time since I met a Real Estate agent as competent, accommodating and effective as Amanda. She knows her market and the real estate business very well. She also managed a difficult buyer and seller with ease. I wouldnt hesitate to hire Amanda again!!

Amazing Realtor - Seamless Experience. When it came time to help my dad sell his townhouse in Dunedin, I called Amanda. She helped me sell my home in Palm Harbor a few years ago, so I already knew how knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated she is. Amanda kept us informed every step of the way, stayed on top of everything, and was always quick to answer questions. I never had to wonder what was going on, and knew my dad was in great hands. She is even great at handling aEURoetoughaEUR? customers like my dad! She helped us negotiate a fair price, managed the financed sale with the buyers who didnt have their own agent, and got us all the way to closing without any surprises. If youre looking to buy or sell in North Pinellas, I highly recommend Amanda. If I ever need a Realtor again, shell will still be my first call.

Amanda helped us buy our home on Indian Bluff Island in Palm Harbor and guided us through the sale of that home as well. She knows the North Pinellas luxury market inside and out, and we were blown away by how smooth and professional the entire experience was.

We could not have been in better hands! Amanda was thorough, always available and helped guide and educate us during our home shopping and buying process. Her tenacity and attention to detail, not to mention her deep bevy of local resources made our buying process as easy it could of been. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone.
