Charles Reinhart Company

Nancy has helped me with multiple complex real estate transactions with grace and ease. Her knowledge of the area, market conditions and process expertise was of tremendous value and help to me, particularly since my most recent sale was with me being out of state. Beyond Nancy's tenure and experience the network she has cultivated in the area is a real value-add, she was able to refer reputable experts in to help me with repairs, contract review et al. Nancy is a master negotiator who is thoughtful and strategic in handling challenging situations that sometimes arise and always worked to arrive at a solution that was best for my overall needs. If you're looking for a seamless transaction, someone who is a real partner and will get the job done, work with Nancy.

Nancy is a true professional that I would recommend without hesitation. She sold our house in the off-season during a pandemic, provided sage advice and was always straight forward and honest with us throughout the process. When we needed to make some repairs, the contractors she recommended were all highly professional and did solid work. If you need to sell a property, Nancy is a solid choice to get the job done.

Nancy and her colleague Jeff Doran were very helpful with our home purchase. I was traveling in from out of state with limited time and home showings were set up quickly to accommodate my schedule. They were knowledgable about the neighborhoods and the current real estate market conditions. Nancy and Jeff helped us take care of many of the details involved in the process and readily worked with our family member who was local to the area and assisting us in our absence. I would highly recommend Nancy and Jeff for your real estate needs.

I needed to sell a condo late fall/early winter. In the middle of a worldwide pandemic and economic slowdown. Nancy promptly listed the property at the right price for the market. We soon received a cash offer that we accepted. Nancy scheduled a closing that proceeded smoothly and efficiently. She was always available to take my calls and answer my questions. I cannot overstate how helpful Nancy was getting us through this transaction. I recommend Nancy Bishop without reservation.

We contacted Nancy based on a glowing recommendation and were very glad we did. We had identified a home that we were very interested in buying after a long search, and Nancy was able to come in and guide us through the negotiation process successfully. We didn't want to lose the house, but of course also didn't want to pay too much. Nancy's knowledge of local real estate values along with her many connections with other realtors allowed us to feel completely confident that we were in good hands. We're thrilled with the results and will definitely hire Nancy for any future real estate needs we have. Additionally, Nancy's associate Jeff Doran was outstanding in leading us through many of the details of the whole process. Furthermore, both Nancy and Jeff are delightful people to interact with. We couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better outcome.
