Charis Realty Group

Great real estate agent, process was quick and easy. Went above and beyond on multiple occasions during the buying process. Would highly recommend her to any buyers or sellers in the area.

She went above and beyond showing me a place. I ultimately passed because it was too much work. Catie was very knowledgeable and honest and if another property in her area and my price range comes up O will be happy to do a deal with her. She was pleasant, honest and knowledgeable.

Catie will work for you. Very professional, skillful, compassionate, honest and very diligent in explaining first time homeowners process. Patient, extremely knowledgeable of the home buying process. One of the best realtors on zillow and in Md. I would not work with no other. Thank you Catie

My wife and I weren't planning on selling our home in the middle of winter, but Allison made it happen. She is very knowledgeable, and with her guidance we sold in 1 month which I didn't think was possible. If you're thinking of selling, I would: 1) Call Allison 2) Follow her advice. She really knows what she's doing, and she takes the time to answer questions quickly and completely. We can't recommend her enough!

Ali made looking for our forever home so easy and fun. She listened to our needs and helped us find the home of our dreams that included everything we needed. We highly recommend her.
