Chanticleer Properties LLC

I had a good experience with Dwayne. He was able to answer all of my questions or put me in contact with the appropriate person to address any issues.

Julio Fajardo was amazing with the whole process of my application he made it so easy he answer all my concerns and questions I truly love this company so far

Dont rent at this place. The cockroach infestation is severe. They said we were getting back 600 and a bit more from our deposit yet we only received 500. We left the place the same or better than we got it. Didnt think it was worth fighting for the money. The internet is also always having problems and plumbing issues are constant so be ready to not have water a couple times a year.

Dwayne was always professional and very helpful anytime I had a question or issue. Without him I probably would not have rented the house I did. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dwayne Dixon was very professional, responsive and accountable during this process from beginning to end. As a military man, moving is something I do often however, I usually coordinate the move when I relocate. This time, I coordinated the move before relocating and it was very different. The uncertainty of what to expect this time around was a major concern for me; I know people who have been scammed before in similar circumstances. Dwayne, put forth all efforts to alleviate those concerns on my behalf. I will definitely look for Dwayne when I decide to purchase a home in the area.
