The inexperience of the other agent required additional work on his part not only having to negotiate amendments but guide them through standard negotiations. it did not take long to sell, and got a good realtor with Ray McNamara and Deona Matte team. I contacted Chandler's Realty because of their help with keeping my home value low for taxes. Ray took over and did a lot of things beyond his job (mailed me letters, was there at the time of inspection and with contractors, replaced a burnt bulb, sent me warranties, you name it, he did it.) He kept me abreast of any issues during the whole process.

I have dealt with many realtors and this agency has been the best bar none. William Henry gave me the facts about houses in my neighborhood. He also brought customers to my house that were interested and ready to make an offer immediately. The professional pictures taken showcased my house perfectly. Miss Deona Matte in the Office handling paperwork is a major asset acting as the go between for me with the title company and kept stress to a minimum. Let me just say that my next-door neighbor's house took 3 months to sell. My house sold and closed within 15 days.
