Chad Dion Real Estate

Kayla was great to work with as she helped us sell our house. She was always available for any questions or concerns we had. She worked hard to get us top dollar and we had a very smooth closing. If/when we are back in the market for a new home, well definitely use her again. Thanks for all your help!

I have worked multiple deals with Kayla. Originally bought a home with someone as a joint deal and 8 months later unfortunately had to sell. This is not the market to be doing that in, not only did she find a new home for my family she also helped me sell the home we bought originally. She was not only there as a realtor but honestly she was there for anything I needed in a really difficult time in my life. She was patient, took every phone call, every stressful thought I had and made sure we talked it through. She knew what I needed to close and stayed true to that number. She went above and beyond to get me into the new build I currently live in. If you are needing someone who is able to handle a tricky situation shes the one! She also has a team behind her who also understands the business better than anyone. Hopefully, I wont have to call her for at least a few years, hahaaEUR|.but if I need to make the call it will be to her! We appreciate you Kayla!!

Kayla did an outstanding job helping us find a perfect place for my Dad. She was incredibly responsive, easy to schedule showings with, and answered all of the many questions we had. We highly recommend Kayla to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Kayla is the absolute best! She helped my husband and I buy our first home and she truly went above and beyond for us in so many ways. From answering our numerous questions as we went through every step of the process, to advising us as we went through some tricky negotiations. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the market. We loved working with her and would absolutely work with her again!
