Century 21 Bessette Flavin

We are so grateful for finding Angi through a referral. She has turned out to be a Godsend! While we were trying to sell our home in a "not so great" city several hours away, we also had to find a home in Baton Rouge. Angi was patient, diligent, professional, and loyal to us the whole journey. She is punctual and very reliable. It took us quite a while to sell our other home. We found the perfect home for us in one of the most beautiful areas of Baton Rouge, and Angi fought for us to get that home, even though we weren't selling our other home as quickly as we thought. No fault of our own, we had offers fall through and contingencies that just didn't work out in the other city. Angi stood by us, and we still landed our dream home. She is also wonderful with new builds and contractors. She stands up for her clients and has a plethora of updated knowledge. She is consistently learning about the market. She is accessible and great at communication. We also have a new friend! We will always use Angi for future realty needs in South Louisiana and recommend her services to everyone!

Angi did a great job selling my home. She worked with the relocation company that was moving me for work. She was great at following up on showings and interested parties from the open house. She also kept me updated on offers. I would definitely recommend her and work with her again.

Angi was awesome to work with during our sudden relocation with my company. As first-time home sellers, the process was very intimidating, but Angi really held our hand though all the issues and we were even able to close nearly two weeks sooner than expected.Thank you again Angi!

Angi is a great realtor! She helped us navigate a difficult market and got us the home of our dreams! In the process she became more like a trusted friend. We would recommend her to anyone.

Absolutely loved working with Angi.... I was very nervous and not looking forward to the whole process of selling my home. From the first interaction with Angi she made all of those fears go away. Her knowledge of the market and proactiveness combined with friendly personality, made this a smooth, quick and successful process. I highly recommend Angi Bourque to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
