Selling a home is a more emotionally taxing process than one would expect. We are so glad we found Jannay to be our realtor, we would go back to her again and again. Jannay's empathy, professionalism, realistic expectations, quick responses, knowledge of selling homes in Sacramento, and so much more is what makes her so great. She's on top of everything and thinks about all the things that might now cross your mind. She was extremely thoughtful in taking into consideration what we wanted and what needed to get done. She gave us extremely helpful advice when asked and lead us in the right direction at every turn . We never felt the pain of working with the bank as she took care of everything. Jannay was just the best in every way and there's not many realtors like her. We are eternally grateful for her and would recomend her to anyone that's looking to buy or sell a home.

I have purchased several homes from Jannay in the past and present and will keep using her because of her sixth sense in knowing what homes to pass on and the ones to go all in on. Whether it was an investment property or a new home to live in I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to represent me and my Family :)

Best realtor I've had the priviledge of working with - Jannay always kept me informed on the status of actions regarding the purchase of the property, provided outstanding guidance and assistance whenever I needed it. She was always available (day or night) to answer any questions I had & made sound recommendations towards completing my purchase. Without a doubt a very professional & experienced realtor. If I ever had the need for another home purchase I would not hesitate to contact her & have her represent me.

Jannay is both professional and personable. She is highly knowledgeable about current housing market trends. She came highly recommended by a relative who lives out of the area and who has retired from his real estate career. Jannay has an extremely posititive reputation and is someone, too, I can vouch for. Selling my mother's home was both emotionally and physically difficult. Jannay was there whenever I needed her. If I was at a loss as to processes or as to who to hire for plumbing, electrical, pest inspection, window replacement, and construction projects, all I would have to do is contact Jannay and she would make her recommendations. She was always my first point-of-contact. Her quick response times were always so welcomed. She also has a strong administrative support team behind her. She is like none other when it comes to the real estate agents we have entrusted with the sale of our homes in the past. She is superior to any one of them.

Jannay made our first home purchase easier than we could've ever imagined. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding areas in greater Sacramento area and knows how to narrow down the search based on your wants/needs. Jannay made herself available whenever the timing worked with our schedules to view homes that we were interested in. Jannay also played a large role in our negotiations to ensure we felt comfortable with the final price and condition of the home. Whatever we needed throughout the entirety of the home buying process, Jannay was one text or call away to provide immediate feedback and assistance. We would definitely recommend Jannay and will be using her for any future home purchase.
