We bought our home in 2009 with Jannay, and I don't know what we would have done without her. Before her we had two other realtors and they weren't much help. Jannay was very helpful and knowledgeable with the buying process. We also had issues with our first mortgage rep and she was able to refer us to one that was great. Overall, we loved the service jannay provided and I am confident to say that we will use her in the future, for buying and selling. ***2nd Review***We bought our home in 2009, with Jannay, and since we have sold that home, bought another, and referred two friends to The Murphy Team who also purchased. We are extremely please with the service Jannay provides, and she always goes above and beyond. Since buying home #2 we have had some issues, and Jannay has been on top of it! You would think that once you buy/sell your home you're done with the realtor, but that was not the case with Jannay. She helped us solve our problems and stayed on top of the service providers to make sure everything got taken care of! Any time someone tells me they're buying/selling a home I refer Jannay!

We could not have had a better experience than we had with Jannay. We relocated with a very reputable company that had a short list of agents they were willing to work with; Jannay was one of these, and we now see why.We are extremely detail-oriented with high expectations, and Jannay exceeded them. We chose Jannay because of her easy-going personality, her attention to detail, and her keen negotiation skills. Jannay outlined a number of negotiation strategies for us on our first visit, and we found them very impressive and insightful. Additionally, she is a genuinely kind person, and we knew that we would enjoy working with her and that potential buyers would have a very positive experience and impression. Jannay and her team are amazing. We sold our existing home and bought a new one at the same time. And everything was great starting with Jannay, she is professional, yet personable. She answered all my endless questions within an hour or two and made sure we understood every step of the process. I never had to wait for an answer. My house was on the market two days when the first offer came in. On the fourth day, two more came in, and on the fifth we had chosen our buyer and entered into contract for a little more than our target asking price. In addition to Jannay, we have to thank her team and partners: Don Webber for sharing his knowledge and experience, Pete Schroeder for managing the open house, Michelle Brenner for handling the crazy amount of documents, and Travis Turner for the wonderful photography. On the buying side, another of her agents, Stephen Costello, assisted us in finding a home tirelessly driving us around Elk Grove four times to see about a dozen homes total. He always showed poise and calm and gave to us the facts we needed when considering our next purchase. While both transactions weren't without little bumps in the road, Jannay and her amazing staff made sure none of those turned into huge potholes. I have recommended Jannay once already and would not hesitate to do so again. Whenever I'm ready to buy my next house, Jannay is my agent for life.
