I cannot find enough positive words to describe Scott. He was patient, understanding knowledgable, and easy to reach. Scott was able to calm nerves (trust me, I had a lot), provide honest support, and make us feel like there was always someone on our side during this process. I cannot recommend him enough for your buying and/or selling needs!!

We were referred to Scott by our local realtor. We are from out of state and we flew in for a weekend to look at houses. I contacted him a month in advance to block off this weekend since we were flying in and he said it was fine. He spent half a day with us and then passed us off to a junior agent for the second half of the day. The junior agent was delightful. I dont think that he considered us serious buyers. We asked him to make an offer on the weekend that we were there, and he said that he doesnt work after a certain time of day because he has carved out that time for his family. When I would ask him questions, he wouldnt really answer them but when my husband asked questions he would. He accused me of trying to strong arm the sellers agent by making the offer on the weekend. We asked to see a specific property and he couldnt get us in there. We ended up flying out as soon as we canceled our contract with him and bought a house. Our new realtor made double the commission. He really missed out on by not taking you seriously.

Don't know what I would have done without Scott Tetreault taking the lead and making sure that everything was done in a timely manner. He was friendly and knowledgeable in guiding me through the whole process and also continuing to assist me after the sale/purchase of our homes. He is strongly recommended.
