I chose Century 21 Redwood aEUR" Team International and agent Danny Leung because of their knowledge of the building where I owned my condo. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with how the sale was handled. Communication was pooraEUR"my questions often went unanswered or took too long to get a response. Too many people were involved, and I kept getting emails from different staff without clear introductions. At our first Zoom meeting, I clearly explained the percentage I wanted to offer to the buyer's agent, but the final agreement had a higher number I didnt catch in time. Danny was also confusing when it came to explaining buyer incentives. We first agreed Id help with closing costs, but that was changedaEUR"without clear explanationaEUR"to a percentage of the proceeds. English isnt my first language, and I trusted him, but I ended up signing something I wasnt fully aware of. That left me feeling misled. Sadly, I can't recommend this team. I expected professionalism and clarity, but the experience left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.
