Regina has sold several houses for us and she currently has another one listed as of this writing. None of our houses has ever lingered on the market and we have paid to have them photographed. She is an expert at knowing which marketing tools will best present the property for sale and we have come to trust that. I received this email from my daughter regarding the photographs of our current home for sale:aEURoeThe house looks incredibleaEUR?The front room with the windows is stunning-Who did you get to take the photos? They really sell it and its worth the $$. Unless Regina does photography too in which case shes really worth the $$.aEUR?Reginas professionalism and knowledge of the market are second to none. She has excellent ability to explain real estate and legal jargon understandably and answers any questions we may have. We would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone buying or selling property in the New River Valley.

I had Regina sell my home. Afterwards I found out she is one of THE ONLY agents that talks her agents into professional photographers (beautiful photos but lazy on her part) AND MAKES THEM PAY FOR IT!!! All other agents I've known pay for professional pictures for a quicker sale, but she makes YOU do it. And claims "That's how it works." NOT THE CASE... Ridiculous! She constantly mixed up dates for inspections and appointments and and usually gave only a few hours notice for showings meaning I was at work and had to make sure the house was perfect everyday by 6am when I left. I suggested an open house a few times and she dismissed the idea. From the start she comes across as very competent and friendly but when it comes down to it SHE is the reason I lost my first contract, writing multiple outs for the buyer in her prepared contract, and the only thing that brought about the second contract that actually followed through, was ME sharing the listing on local yard sale sites. Despite that fact, (I connected with the buyer on social media after closing so I know it was my social media posts that they found the home on) she said that the seller had contacted her through HER and only HER advertising means. BULL. She is full of lies lies and more lies and expects to be practically unreachable, incompetent and still receive a paycheck. I've bought 5 homes in my life time and she is beyond the worst I've ever dealt with. STAY AWAY.
