Century 21 Transcendent Realty

Matt was very honest and accurate in what i dealt with for selling my first house. i was more than pleased with him and how he handled our house sale. I would recommend him to anyone selling a house.

Matt was AWESOME!! Very patient and very helpful through out the process. Made home buying stress-free and fun! I am in sales so my schedule can vary. Matt was always available to show us different properties at different times of the day. One of the things that my fiance and I appreciated was his approach towards our purchase. We never felt pressured to make a quick or rash decision. We looked at a lot of different properties and are more than happy with one we purchased! Thanks Matt!!

I reached out to Matt based on a recommendation from a friend. Since this was my first home, I knew nothing about the process, and Matt guided me through all of it. Viewing homes was mainly done after 5pm and weekends, due to my job. Matt responded over text/call within minutes of me reaching out. He also doesnt pester you to go see homes or buy, like Ive heard other agents do. I cant tell you enough how patient he was with me, especially with the housing market being difficult right now. I can honestly say that Matt will be the only agent I ever work with.

Outstanding professional

Matt did a great job at selling my home. He stayed in regular contact with me for over one year after I had first reached out to him about the possibility of listing my property. He was spot on in suggesting an opening price. I was able to sell the property very soon after it was listed.
