Century 21 Transcendent Realty

Eric was very responsive, knowledgeable, a d answered all my questions. He worked around my schedule to show me homes and got me a great deal on one! I would definitely would recommend him!

Eric did a great job negotiating this deal! I have used him in the past and he has always had my back. He goes to bat and will fight for the best deal. It's difficult to find people who enjoy their job these days and to me he made me feel like more than just a paycheck. Thank you Buddy

Eric is an amazing realtor. He was patient, looking at house after house after house until I found the right one. He walked me through every step of the home buying process and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Eric did an Outstanding Job with negotiations and he was able to get me the best deal. He truly is the Best in the Industry. He saved us not only on the sales price but helped tremendously with helping us secure financing.

We have done a few transactions in the past on personal properties. Eric Papes is by far the Best Realtor out there! He has helped us and guided us on a path to becoming successful, he definitely goes above and beyond.
