I would like to say that Ava is the BEST realtor I've ever worked with. As a first time buyer she helped match me with some homes that were of my liking. She was very knowledgeable, professional, very easy to communicate with and quick to get back with information on all properties I looked at. I saw how very motivated and dedicated she was while helping me through this process. She worked tirelessly with me on all the non stop questions I had. She was patient and going above and beyond to make sure I found a home that I can call home now. I'd like to thank you Ava for your superior work ethic.

Michelle was great, she encouraged us to make an offer even if on the low side if thats what we felt comfortable with. After our offer was accepted, we had an issue with the mortgage company we originally went with and she helped us get in contact with another mortgage company. Lastly, she navigated a difficult seller with ease.

Ava was attentive, she really listened to me. Showed me houses in my price range. When first few houses fell through, she was not deterred. Was persistant in showing me other houses. Answered my calls and tm after hrs easy to talk to. Understanding, compassionate. Worked closely with mortgage broker to get me approved and help me find the right house. I was even able to close one day before schedule. Would DEFINITELY use again, and I HIGHLY recommend!
