Alex showed an extensive knowledge about the housing market and possesses the subtle understandings of how to lease an apartment, and kept me completely at ease throughout the entire process. He relentlessly studied and observed similar apartments and how they quickly they were leased, how much they typically leased for, and what the difference was between the settled price and the original listed price. He knew when to push and when to listen, he was extremely patient throughout the entire process, and he never hesitated to make time for my fiancA(C) and I. He was the key component to making our dream of getting a home a reality (regardless of if it's an apartment, it's still ours). He always worked for us, and while he is a very knowledgable realtor he also is a student of the profession, always taking notes and always learning. He was able to identify the little things that I would have never had picked up on; identifying unusable space, when windows needed to be replaced, etc. I would highly recommend Alex who is in the process of looking for a home to lease, rent, or buy; he was exceptional through end through.
