Century 21 Supreme Realty

Ted was highly recommended to us by one of our close friends and we were very happy to have had him as our realtor to help in the sale of our house. He was very understanding to our needs and busy schedule. His communication with every step of the process was excellent, never giving us any chance to worry or wonder about any step of the selling process. His knowledge of the housing market and ways to present the house allowed us to find a buyer within a week of putting the house on the market. Even when things got a bit hectic he was always calm and very thorough with following through with important details needed for the sale to be completed. He was never to busy to answer a question or help when needed with anything relating to the sale of the house. Having him as our realtor made selling a house less stressful than we anticipated. Highly recommend him!

Ted was a joy to work with. It took the better part of a year for me to lock down a home in a highly competitive market, and my goals/needs shifted several times. Ted was quick to adapt and very accommodating. He was always just a text away. I felt in good hands over the whole process; Ted was always genuine and I never felt pressured to make a decision I wasnt comfortable making.

Glad to say that I just closed on my home. I recently met Ted at a time that I was discouraged with this process/home search. Ted showed patience in answering my questions and was reliable with following up. I highly recommend him to help you find your home.

Ted Bales was an incredibly thoughtful, efficient, and knowledgeable real estate agent. He took the time to understand our needs as a family, educated us in the process and the region we were interested in, and was patient as we moved through the process. I am most grateful for how Ted conducts himself, working with other agents, sellers, and buyers. He is respectful and knowledgeable while ensuring he is 'on our side' and doing what he knows is best and right by his clients. Truly exceptional. I will partner with Ted again as we plan to sell our primary home and potentially expand our real estate portfolio in New Jersey. I highly recommend him and am excited to continue our partnership.

Very responsive, he makes you feel as though you are his only client. He genuinely cares, always on time or early, he has great contacts and associates to work with during the process. Highly recommend!
