Century 21 Sunbelt Realty

Katy was an amazing realtor to work with. She was on to of new listing and updated me throughout the process

Katy does everything in her power to make the home buying process as stress-free as possible, I am happy we found her, and get to take advantage of her services as an agent. On top of that we are developing a new lifelong friend.

Kathryn is professional and knowledgeable, friendly and positive. I would highly recommend her for real estate in south Florida.

We got this new construction home in a highly desirable neighborhood for an incredible deal due to Kathryn's negotiating. As we approached closing, the sellers tried to tell us the shower glass doors in the guest bathroom were not included when Kathryn luckily had it in writing they told us the doors would be included....long story short, the glass is on the way.

Katy is super helpful and knowledgeable. She was very attentive and on top of things.
