He's a fast talker, didn't even take the pictures of our house that he should have. He told us he was going to use the old pictures for the outside and when it finally was posted online, we find out he used old ones for some of our inside, which looked horrible and didn't even match with the house description. He did offer to come take pictures, but i sent him my own, he should have done it right the first time. Our house was sold in less than 2 weeks but not because of anything Century 21 did. The people came to the door just off the street and ask to see it. We paid 8300.00 to them for basically doing paperwork. We could have paid an attorney 1000 and had more satisfaction.
