Century 21 Solid Gold Realty

She was always available when I needed her. I couldnt believe how fast she sold my house. She was very helpful telling me what to do to make my home even better. She is very personable and knowledgeable .

Lisa Ball went above and beyond to help me stage and sell my late parents home, which was also the home I grew up in. It was such a comfort to know she was always on top of everything so I could focus settling the estate and clearing out my family home of 60 years. Lisa handled the entire process with professionalism, patience and integrity. She became my trustworthy agent who PARTNERED with me to get everything done in a timely and equitable manner. There was much to be done to prepare the house for sale, most of which I was unaware of since I never sold a house before. Lisa walked me through every step even helping to deal with the town and permits to move the process along as quickly and efficiently as possible. The house received multiple offers from the very first, and only, open house. Then she worked with me to secure the right buyer enabling us to accept the most lucrative deal. It was a very emotional time and I cant imagine anyone else handling it with as much compassion and professionalism as Lisa did. I have recommended her to friends and would use her again for any real estate transaction.

There is not enough words to explain about lisa ball she was very patient with me and my wife she never rushed us she showed us so many houses until we found the one that we wanted the house that we bought that Lisa showed us just came on the market that same day and she said I think this one is the house for us and got us to look at it the day it was listed and Lisa was wright it was the perfect house for us and we were the first ones to put an offer on it which we put the asking price and the owner agreed so now we own it and are very happy thanks to Lisa ball she helped us with all the paperwork all the emails we could not have done it with out her helping us we are first time buyers and would recommend Lisa to anyone we know who wants to buy a house or sell there house and she is very kind and did not rush us at all thank you so much Lisa ball we appreciate all your help on this journey of buying our home

Lisa Ball is very knowledgeable, friendly and caring of our needs. Always made herself available, and returned texts and calls right away if not immediate. Put our needs first to help find what we were looking for. If she didnt know an answer (rare) she didnt stop until she found it and got back to me. Truly appreciate her friendly expertise and will definitely recommend her to anyone I hear needs to buy or sell. Thank you Lisa our family appreciate you ??

Lisa was such a huge help in the process of selling our home. She was confident and supportive and went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor. She assisted with staging our home and made it look fantastic for the listing photos and showings. She spent her holiday weekend showing my home and sold it the first day of the open house for above asking. I told everyone if you need a realtor, you cant get better than Lisa Ball.
