Century 21 Simpson & Associates

Brent provided stability and an immense amout of help as we looked and eventually found the perfect home for our family. His dedication to following up, checking in, and making sure everything was good to go helped us feel confident in our purchase. I cannot recommend him enough!

Brittany is Fantastic ! Couldnt have asked for a better realtor. Good communication, very helpful in pointing us in the right direction on things we needed to do as we were new to the area . We would highly recommend her .

Brent was recommended to me by a past realtor in his firm, Dorothy Withrow, who helped on the original purchase of my home 15 years prior. I met with Brent about a year prior to listing and asked him for recommendations on what areas to concentrate on before putting my house up for sale. I feel his recommendations were extremely vital in me getting top dollar for my house.

We couldnt have asked for a better realtor! Brittany made the whole process a breeze. She was easy to communicate with and always quick to get answers. Will recommend her to anyone we know looking to buy a home.

We met with Brent about over a year prior to listing our property and asked him for recommendations on what areas to concentrate on before putting my house up for sale. Immediately prior to listing, we contacted Brent again to have him take a look at our property again and received additional recommendations. He maintained excellent communications with us during the whole selling process...which only lasted 15 days from listing to closing. We were dreading going through this process, but Brent made it much less painless. We highly recommend this agent for the Frankfort, KY area.
