We were wroking with a local representative to try and sell the house since 2025. The expectations set by this person were not feasible for our family and no additional considerations were being taken into their persepctive. We were recommended Tyra to work with on the sell of our house and met with her. She took into account that we had multiple pets and no local friends/family that we could stay with during the viewings and sell of the house. She assured us that she could work around these issues and man did she deliver! Tyra was able to coordinate with use to get the animals and ourselves out for the showings, communicated and advised on offers, recommended when certain ones were not a good fit, and worked to close the sale of the house. She was always reachable and would reply very quickly if even just to say she was in a meeting and would reply back shortly with an answer. We wouldn't have been able to sell this house without Tyra and we are forever grateful!

Tyra is absolutely amazing, 10/10 would recommend! She has been fantastic from the very first call we had with her, all the way up until (and after) closing. This was our first home buying experience so we were very nervous and had a multitude of questions and knowledge gaps in what to look for. Tyra showed great patience with our questions, and would often offer her advice and examples even when we didn't have any questions, helping ensure we were well informed at each and every step of the process. She always made herself available via email communication and phone calls, letting us have quick catch-ups to ensure we were on track.
